Salmon & Beansprout Stirfry (Gluten & Yeast Free)

Low carbs dinner or lunch options can be tricky and time consuming if you are not organised. This dish is so simple as we don't need to complicate things. I don't count calories so am never hungry. Have extra vegetables if you are still hungry.
Serves:

Ingredients: 
Family Salmon Fillet
Large beansprout and vegetable mix
2 tbsp of tamari soy sauce (wheat free)
1/4 lemon
black pepper to taste
Method: 
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Place the salmon in an oven proof dish and add some lemon and black pepper
3. Bake for 30 mins
4. Add the stir fry mix to a wok with the soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Enjoy
