Nutty Berry Burst

The trick to weight loss and killing that sweet tooth is to have a high protein breakfast. You don't need to the expense of buying protein powder when healthy fats like nuts, seeds, avocado and coconut oil will do the trick. Protein keeps you going longer with a nice mix of healthy fats to help burn fat and balance hormones especially Leptin which controls our appetite.
Serves:

Ingredients: 
Handful of strawberries
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 tbsp of coconut oil
6 almonds
2 walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp diatomaceous earth
1/4 avocado
1/4 lime juice
200-300mls water
Method: 
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Add to the blender
3. Blitz and enjoy!
