“I follow a yeast free, wheat free, refined sugar free diet (where possible) and although I don't drink cow's milk I do indulge in some goat's, feta cheese or natural Kefir yoghurt as I can tolerate them in small doses. I recommend to cook all meals from scratch but try to accommodate the majority of my clients who are looking for quick, easy and convenient healthy options to suit their hectic lifestyle.This is not a diet as I don't believe in depriving myself of anything but more a change of eating that ultimately changes your taste buds and thus cravings meaning you will stick to it long term rather than reverting back to old ways.
