5 steps to my  24hr body cleanse?

A step by step guide on completing a 24hr fast where we cleanse our bodies of toxins at the most powerful time, during a full or new moon.  The aim here is too lose up to 6 lbs of water weight in one day in 24 hrs as any longer and you could start to lose water and muscle rather than fat so could quickly put it back on again. By consuming only liquids this will connect with the moon and stimulate renal activity helping the body to lose its excess water.

Would you like a complete body cleanse doing a 24 hour fast on juice in order to clear all the toxins that have built up in your system.  Water fasting is a more powerful cleanse but it can be dangerous, whereas juice fasting has most of the benefits of water fasting but is safer as the body is being nourished with absorbable vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients and electrolytes.  For those of you that are not aware, this is not a diet, I am not a big fan of diets as you just end up putting the weight back on.
